Summary
This promotional video was created for Elon University’s Experiential Learning and Outdoor Adventures (ELOA) program which offers various outdoor activities free of charge to students. Footage was filmed in partnership with the University Communications department. The goal of the video was to highlight what ELOA has to offer and inspire students to engage with the organization and sign up for programming. The video currently plays in the ELOA office.

Process
The strategy for this video was to film footage that made students envision themselves actually participating in the activities that are highlighted. Go-Pros were used to get first person footage of participants actually going through activities and lots of close ups created a scene that added detail and immerses the viewer. A combination of real-time footage and staged sets were used.
